Born in New York to a Belgian father and an English mother, Cynthia has tea running through her veins. After spending most of her life in Belgium, she returned to the United States 14 years ago and made Miami, Florida her home base.

With decades of expertise across hospitality and luxury event design, Cynthia's greatest passion has always been gourmet culinary art, creative styling, and the art of entertaining. What began as a personal passion for hosting family and friends naturally evolved into Pomponella, a luxury lifestyle brand built on the conviction that the time-honored ritual of traditional English afternoon tea deserves a refined place on every calendar.

Today, Cynthia and her team design bespoke afternoon tea activations for private clients, luxury properties, and prestigious brands. Whether hosting an intimate gathering in a private home or garden, elevating a residential amenity space, or curating a corporate reception, Pomponella transforms any location (in South Florida and beyond) into an unforgettable, high-touch social experience.
